Sheldon M. Gallner founded The Law Offices of Gallner and Pattermann, PC in 1974 and ran it for 40 years. During his time with us, Sheldon showed his passion by getting to know each and every client and providing the best care he could. His legacy lives on through the attorneys who worked with him and run our firm.

Anjanette (“Anjie”) Gagliani
Anjanette (“Anjie”) Gagliani is one of Laura Pattermann’s legal assistants and has been with the firm since March 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and is also a certified medical coder. In her spare time, Anjie enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, reading, writing, listening to live music, and occasionally performing live music with her sister.
Receptionist, Legal Assistant
Ivette Lugo came to Gallner & Pattermann in March of 2016 as our receptionist/legal assistant, having previously been in the insurance and financial industry. Ivette is originally from Puerto Rico and translates for all of our Spanish-speaking clients. She enjoys photography, painting, and music as well as spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Savannah.
Amy Roccaforte attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha as well as Southern Nevada College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She joined Gallner Pattermann in September of 2014 and works on files slated for mediation and/or trial in the position of senior workers’ compensation litigation paralegal. Amy has over 20 years of experience in both the insurance and injured worker sides of the law; however, she is dedicated to assisting clients regain their lives after suffering a work injury. Amy has been recognized by the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group as a member of the Top Injured Workers’ Advocate Legal Staff. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, reading and yoga.
Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Network Administrator
Brenda Floyd joined Gallner Pattermann as our office manager/bookkeeper/network administrator in July of 2016, having been in the legal field in various capacities since 1993 and the medical field before that as a medical secretary, medical transcriptionist, medical biller and certified medical assistant. Brenda enjoys getting to know clients and assisting them throughout the course of their lawsuit. Brenda has been recognized by the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group as a member of the Top Injured Workers’ Advocate Legal Staff. Brenda grew up in Council Bluffs and enjoys exploring the United States pulling her travel trailer, spending time with her family, bicycling, researching genealogy and doing home and auto repair.
Becky Gofta attended Metropolitan Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts concentrating in Paralegal Studies. She joined Gallner & Pattermann in March of 2013 and is the Senior Paralegal for T.J. Pattermann. Becky has over 25 years of experience in a law office as a Paralegal and Assistant Bookkeeper. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
Traci Walker attended Iowa Western Community College where she graduated with her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies. Traci then attended College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies. She joined Gallner and Pattermann in 2021 and works on files slated for mediation and/or trial in the position of workers’ compensation litigation paralegal. Traci has over 20 years of experience in both the insurance and injured worker sides of the law. Traci enjoys spending time with her three sons, reading, scrapbooking, and watching sporting events.
